At Woodlands Pet Food & Treats, we believe that most retail stores should not sell animals as pets. Stores that are not designed with a particular species in mind, and dedicated to the care of that species, are generally not able to care for them the way they need to be treated. Each species has unique requirements in order to live a happy, healthy life. We don't believe these special needs can be met by a pet store without dedicating the right resources and hiring highly specialized caretakers.

And there are so many wonderful animals just waiting to be adopted! We strongly encourage adoption, and whenever possible we partner with local animal rescue groups to host pet adoption events at our store. Please check out our current adoption schedule below, and we hope to see you soon!
